Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 will be charged on all orders unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.
Delivery Time
Orders are typically delivered within 4–5 business days after shipment.
Once your order is placed, it may take up to 1–2 business days to process, pack, and dispatch your order. Processing times are estimates and do not include weekends or public holidays.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Delivery times may be longer for remote or hard-to-reach areas.

During sales, product launches, and peak seasons, delivery times may be extended.

Orders may be cancelled after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts by the courier.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Salvyr reserves the right to process Cash on Delivery (COD) orders without telephonic verification for verified customers or during periods of high order volume, including sales, promotions, and new product launches.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive order and tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the contact information provided during checkout.
Customers can use the tracking information provided by the courier service to monitor shipment progress.
Please retain all order confirmations and invoices for your records.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Delivery Time
International orders are generally delivered within 8–10 business days after shipment.
Processing may take up to 2 business days before dispatch. Delivery estimates do not include weekends, public holidays, customs processing times, or delays caused by courier services.
International Order Tracking
Once dispatched, customers will receive shipment tracking information to monitor their package throughout transit.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

All customs duties, taxes, import charges, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

While we work with trusted courier partners, Salvyr is not responsible for delays caused by:
