REFUND POLICY

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Once the returned parcel is received, our team will inspect the item to verify its condition and eligibility for a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 3 working days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Exclusion of Liability

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Products damaged due to customer use, misuse, washing, or mishandling.

  • Customer changes their mind after purchase.

  • Customer ordered the wrong size despite size information being available.

  • Minor color variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • Any item purchased during a sale or clearance event.

  • Any item returned without original packaging or tags.

  • Any item showing signs of wear or use.

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless a defective or incorrect item was delivered.

EXCHANGE POLICY

At Salvyr, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or article, you may do so under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange

Time Frame

Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Condition of Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling.

  • Washed or worn garments.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Any item marked as Final Sale or Clearance Sale.

Exchange Procedure

Once the exchange request is approved, our representative will generate a replacement order. Upon dispatch, the courier rider will collect the original item and deliver the replacement item simultaneously.

Please ensure that the item is properly packed before handing it over to the courier.

The estimated delivery time for exchanged items is 4–5 working days after dispatch.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping charges of Rs. 350/-, except when an incorrect or defective item has been delivered.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our support team immediately after receiving your order.

Important Notes

  • A maximum of 2 exchanges are allowed per order.

  • Sale items may only be exchanged for other sale items.

  • No refund will be provided for any price difference when exchanging a sale item.

  • Exchange requests submitted after the exchange window may not be accepted.
